Nose:
Kinda on the sharp and prickly side, but there’s a fruity edge, overripe pears, violets and a white floral tone somewhat mellowing out the spirit hotness, a blueberry tart note in time alongside aloe vera jelly.
Palate & Finish:
Bursting with bubble gum with some sizzling white pepper, green apples drizzled with light strawberry syrup as spices take over.
Vanilla cream atop blueberries and strawberries in the finish.
Thoughts:
Overall a raw but appealing profile despite being off-balance.
