Nose:

The nose is filled with a seaweed-orientated peat and exhibits a coastal oceanic vibe; and beneath the oyster shells and peat lies a clean execution of Sherry influence with its rounded stewed fruits sweetness.  The peat burning in a distance gives off a hint of organic farm shed smoke in the background.

Palate & Finish:

The stewed fruits is further thickened by the molten toffee on the palate, and from the gooey delivery the fiery peat is unleashed.  Strawberry jam and Swirling smoke and cinnamon bites and hot spices intertwining with each other.

A rather lengthy finish with traces of cigarettes and dark chocolate.

Thoughts:

A young unnamed *insert your suspected distillery* but very on point for those who seeks a cheap Sherried thrill from the proud Islay house.
