Nose:
Sweet cherries poached in muscovado sugar. The usual suspects of toffee, vanilla and cinnamon are also present on the nose. Some pepper and smoke in the backend with some savoury cheese notes also coming out too.
Palate & Finish
A rather juicy palate with the sweetness derived from the dark fruits. Salted caramel and an english breakfast tea like bitterness.
A heavy presence of tea in the finish with a pinch of pepper, a tad buttery.
